Buck Board Adds Six New Trustees
On January 1, our Board of Trustees will welcome six new members who bring a wealth of civic, business and philanthropic expertise to our efforts to extend healthspan, the healthy years of life. They include:
Roy Eisenhardt, a San Francisco attorney and civic and business leader who is best known for leading Major League Baseball’s Oakland A’s through comprehensive changes in the 1980’s
John. W. Larson, a retired San Francisco lawyer with over 40 years of practice devoted to high-tech and life sciences companies
Fouad Makhzoumi, our first international trustee. A Lebanese native, Makhzoumi is CEO of Future Group, including Future Pipe Industries of Dubai
Catherine Munson, CEO of LVPMarin Realtors and the former Chair of the Buck Board of Trustees
Franklyn Prendergast, MD, PhD, a Professor of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics at the College of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota
Ralph Snyderman, MD, Chancellor Emeritus at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where he served as Dean of the School of Medicine. He also was a vice president for medical research at Genentech.
