Monica Feldman


Monica Feldman is the Group Director of Client Services at Nicholas Hall & Co. She takes global responsibility for key account management and the coordination of optimal delivery of market insights and solutions for clients and prospects operating in the consumer health industry.

Her past twenty-five years of experience includes the global management of the consumer health industry vertical with a client portfolio worth millions of U.S. dollars, marketing and strategy advisory roles, and consulting work at leading multinational companies, consulting firms, and trade organizations. She has been a speaker at major consumer health events such as the World Self-Medication Industry (WSMI) General Assembly, Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA), Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), OTC Pharma Asia, and is regularly quoted in leading trade press. Mrs. Feldman is an active international advocate in business trade expansion for the life sciences and wellness industries. She works regularly with other thought leaders, members of the industry and academia to further market opportunities in consumer health.

At present Ms. Feldman inspires industry peers and clients with engagement activities related to strategy, research and industry collaboration with a focus on the role of over-the-counter (OTC) products for preventive health, self-care and the extension of health span. Her more recent focus of research and client engagement is the concept of healthy ageing and the integration of self-care with nutritional products, OTCs, and digital technologies that lead to the personalization of health as a new hot trend for the industry.

Recent projects include:

  • Advisory engagements with global leading pharmaceutical, consumer goods and biotech companies;
  • The study and understanding of health optimization patterns from the consumer perspective to generate market opportunities for the industry;
  • The development of a new model for the safe dispensing of potential new therapeutic classes of non-prescription drugs coming to market by merging digital technologies in three platforms: Healthcare practitioner, pharmacist, and consumer.
