Jill Kinney is considered an industry leader in the world of health and fitness. With over 30 years in the health club and wellness business, she has earned her title as “America’s Number One Female Entrepreneur.”

In 1991, Ms. Kinney founded Club One and built it into a $95 million business with over 3,000 employees and 100 clubs, community centers and corporate wellness centers throughout the U.S.

In 2011, she launched Itrim, a Swedish-designed weight loss and lifestyle improvement program. Itrim has served over 70,000 members with its healthy, active and sustainable weight loss programs. Itrim Scientific Advisory Board members from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm have recently published their results in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and The International Obesity Society.

In 2013, Ms. Kinney repurchased Club One and has reinvented the company, now named Active Wellness, to become a major contributor in the health care movement. Active Wellness is a specialty management company that provides integrated lifestyle improvement services to employers and communities. Active Wellness serves over 80 corporations today and has recently joined forces with a $6 billion health care partner to expand.
