Chester Aldridge


Chester Aldridge is the Chairman and CEO of US Equity Holdings.

Mr. Aldridge has more than 20 years of experience in founding, operating and financing businesses, ranging from start-ups to multi-million-dollar publicly traded companies.

Mr. Aldridge has extensive experience in the entertainment industry. He has licensed and worked with many major Hollywood properties including Frank Miller's Sin City, Disney’s Aladdin, the entertainment rights to Austin Brown (the nephew of Michael Jackson), and MTV. He currently acts as the personal manager to Grammy Award-winning writer and producer Walter Afanasieff, who has worked with many leading artists including Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Josh Groban, Christina Aguilera, and Luther Vandross. Mr. Aldridge has secured sales and distribution deals worth tens of millions of dollars from partners including Vivendi Universal, Sony and Atari.

Mr. Aldridge supports the development of innovative energy and technology companies. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the renewable energy technology fund Green Edge Ventures, a founding sponsor of the Fraunhofer TechBridge Program. Mr. Aldridge leads additional clean energy initiatives by directing Equity Solar, PV Tech Group, Equity Micro Tech and Microline PV.

He continues to work on numerous ventures in the fields of entertainment, clean energy (solar and biofuels), internet and biotechnology (life science pharmaceuticals).


Mr. Aldridge is a Life Member of the Stanford Business School Alumni Association.

  • Former Advisor to Prosetta Antiviral, Inc. (a biotechnology company developing small-molecule antiviral therapeutics)
  • Former Advisor to Akonni Biosystems, Inc. (a molecular diagnostics company that develops and manufactures systems that can test for multiple disease indicators, industrial contaminants, food pathogens, or bioterror agents with significantly greater accuracy and speed, and at lower cost, than traditional diagnostic tools)


Mr. Aldridge resides in Marin County, California, in the same community where he was born and raised.  His entrepreneurial spirit began at a young age, when he turned his favorite hobbies into business opportunities.  At the age of 15, Mr. Aldridge went “all in” by investing thousands of dollars into 160,000 baseball cards of a single player.  As a current recreational athlete and musician, Mr. Aldridge greatly values the intersection of sport and the arts for personal and business development.
