  Charles Epstein, M.D. The Buck Institute receives guidance and support from a non-compensated Board of Trustees. Recognized leaders from the business, science and non-profit communities set policy, approve financial plans, and help shape the strategic direction of the Institute. Board members help communicate the vision, mission, goals and accomplishments of the Buck Institute in order to achieve greater public understanding of new breakthroughs in aging and of the Institute's goal.
